#DidYouKnow that the titles for the first 6 studio albums released by Kings of Leon all had 5 syllables? Why this came to an end with WALLS in late 2016 I don’t know. Maybe they hit a wall. You could argue they did in terms of the songwriting, but further still one might say that happened after Only By The Night. I heard they had considered adding the definite article to their name for the next album, thus “The Kings of Leon” to be in-keeping with the theme, but alas all good things must come to an end and it’s not a bad name to signal that.
We’ll give you 5 reasons to listen to Kings of Leon, if you really need them?
They really did have humble beginnings, a lot of their experiences coming from travelling with their preacher father (Leon), and they so they genuinely used to dress like this:
In my opinion they scrubbed up far too early. The second album came around and they had a brand new look with their new found wealth and fame. As good as they looked though they never changed beyond this. They have stayed looking clean cut and in doing so they lost something. Something that you now can’t put back.
