Without doubt Bombay Bicycle Club delivered my album of 2014, from the kick off with the first single Carry Me, through the release of the album and the promotional tour I’ve enjoyed every bit of art to come out of it.

SoLongSeeYouTomorrow

This has been the first time lead singer and lead writer Jack Steadman has produced the band’s album, bringing with him his electronic samples and dance beats, along with Indian influences (listen to Feel and you’ll know what I mean), the stronger feature of female guest vocals (Rae Morris sounds gorgeous on Luna – it’s my number one song of the year) and the synchronicity of the artwork and promo videos, it really has been the complete package.

And I have to include footage of their set at Reading which showcases how fucking good it is when they bring their material to the stage, high quality stuff all round…
